I assume that you are referring to the the Privacy step?

Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription? Does the DOB on your account put you as over 13? Do you currently have an Xbox Live suspension on your account?

Every time I try to play any game online, it says my profile does not have the permission to play online. How do I go about fixing this problem?

Hi guys even if you have Xbox live but your ea access has expired it thinks you're not eligible to play. Go to ea access on the accounts section of your Microsoft account to reinstate it for 3.99 a month to play again (ball ache!!) but an easy fix

I had the same problem. I contacted EA, and they told me that my name tag appeared as a silver member. I contacted xbox and they say that I was a gold member. They suggested to re-install the game. However, before I got a chance to reinstall it the issue got resolved.

Hi i'm getting the same issue here with both fifa 17 and battlefield 1, dob is above 20, subscribe on gold , all privacy open, tried all trouble shoot nothing works still says multiplayer privilege missing.
