game crashes after fifa ultimate team game ends

Game ends, I had won, frozen with ref & players standing on the field rocking back and forth as if ready for a throw in. Forced to forfeit as "option button" is the only responsive command.

The game finishes and when I hit advance to exit the game it stutters and crashes.

Same thing. I played two games in FUT single season and after the game players just stand there. Waste the boost and player contract.

I have played three Fifa 15 ultimate team matches. Two in single player tournement and one in single player seasons. In all three matches I was up significantly and in the 90' when the whistle blew i couldn't advance and collect my coins. In the first match I pressed every button and waited five minutes and nothing happened, so i forfeit. In the next two I turned my Xbox one off. Nothing worked. I had just purchased a 1000 coin boost for 15 matches and i recieved 0 coins and because I forfeited i have a loss when in reality I won 7-1. I don't want to keep playing just to end up getting nothing so is there a fix or am I doing something wrong? I don't usually play single player ultimate team, but I was just going to complete the tasks to get my free gold pack. I have played the last 3 Fifas and have not had this problem. Is there any way to get those 3000+ coins that I earned from winning those games or some other compensation? Most of all I want to fix this so it doesn't happen in the future.

Same thing happening to me, the final whistle blows and then I'm stuck just looking at the field with music playing.  I kept mine on for a half hour to see if anything would happen and still nothing.
