I have the same problem, I can not connect to the EA server with my 2nd XBOX wich makes me REALLY pissed off because I bought an extra XBOX and a extra copy of BF4 AND extra premium, just to play battlefield 4 with an other person...

I just got some contact with EA costumer service, they have a facebook page and they answere questions pretty quick. Too bad they think it's an IP problem and I got a link to a website where I can learn how to set a static IP adress...mileysad:

Still no solution, still no answere from EA execpt one that said it is an IP conflict, wich it is not...I'm getting a bit annoyed by this failure not being able to play a game, I payed 300+ euro on a 2nd set to play with my buddy and all of a sudden, after 2 years of playing time we aren't able to play our favourite game together and no one knows what it is...

Ok, I just got a solution for my own situation on this problem, don't know if it works for other people but mine was pretty simple:
I got one router from my provider (Technicolor from UPC) that was connected to a TP Link router with Wifi. Both XBOX's were connected to this TP Link router. I just connected one XBOX to the UPC router instead of the TP link router and everything worked fine...

I messaged them yesterday with this issue and received a quick response, I missed their call back but got this email - although I have no idea what to do :-/
I am sorry that we missed your call back. We are investigating reports that our servers are detecting 2 concurrent connections from an identical IP address will always reject the second connection.
There are two work arounds that should allow you to connect at the same time to the EA Servers.
1. Turn off UPNP and then set up port forwarding for one of the consoles, (port forwarding is opening online ports).
Here are the ports for FIFA 15: http://help.ea.com/en/article/what-online-ports-should-i-open-for-fifa-15/
XBOX 360 UDP: 53; 88; 3074; 3659
TCP: 53; 80; 3074; 3659
Here are the ports for Battlefield 4 : http://help.ea.com/en/article/online-ports-for-battlefield-4/
TCP: 53, 88, 3074, 80
UDP: 53, 88, 3074
2. If you chose, you can setup Static IP address's for both consoles on the router and then assigning an IP range to both of them.
Please contact the Routers Manufacturer or your Internet Provider for assistance in making the changes to the router.
