can’t open sims 4 on my new account?

I lost my old account have no clue what it was. I want to play the sims 4 on my new account but I can’t redeem my code. how do I solve this problem?

Sounds like you need to contact EA Support, and you might be able to recover the account if they can verify your identity as an account holder. Go to https://help.ea.com and click Contact Us, then follow the prompts there.
