Youth Squad Players Ageing from 16/17 to 56/57 after Editing.

I agree with all of this! This is the only game I play! Sort it out. I won't buy 16 because of foolishness like this!!!

One time this happened to me, the player in question promptly retired. He should have been aged 19 with great stats. It ruins the enjoyment of personalising these youth players as they come through the ranks. I guess I'll have to keep away from edit and be stuck with bland clones.

PS EA, if you're going to fix it, how about you let us assign a commentary name to the player in Edit too? That way we might hear a name a bit more frequently after all the real players have gone...

This made me decide to go for PES16 instead of FIFA.
I edited two wonderful players and now my team is ruined.
Not only players are "broken" but also team finanzes (became something like -20kk)

Same problem here. It happened with 9 (!!!) players with potential to be special. Just ruined my game completely.

Anyone got a fix for this yet? Ruining my career mode massively. Can't stand playing with a load of young lads with tucked shirts and low sock height, looks horrific!

I HAVE A SOLUTION FOR THIS GLITCH

I play on PS3, so i'm not 100% sure it'll work on next gen; but here it is.

After the player is 57/58 or whatever years old, RELEASE him. He will be a free agent and will not sign for another club. 

Wait till the beginning of next season. On day 1 of the next season, search the Free Agents for a player with same position and country. He is likely to be pacey and 74 rated.

The age works as follows:-

If the released player is 80-89 rated, his regen(the new player) will be 16

If the released player is 70-79 rated, his regen(the new player) will be 17

If the released player is 60-69 rated, his regen(the new player) will be 18

If the released player is 50-59 rated, his regen(the new player) will be 19

AND SO ON

It happened to me 2wice, and both times i got better players than the ones I had messed up.

For me the solution of patreek_mishra did not work. Im also at PS3. Do you guys think they will fix this bug for fifa 17 for old gen or is it the same they handle the boot bugs on pc?

Is this fixed for FIFA 17 on Newgens, or did it never even exist on Newgens in the first place?
