X and y button on XBOX 360 stopped working on FIFA15

Hello,

On one profile of ours on FIFA 15 (xbox 360), the x and y buttons no longer work. On another profile it works fine. My son seems to think that he was using the x button A LOT (e.g. when nowhere near the ball) and that after that it stopped working.

Happened to me once but I realised I had changed my controls to two button.
