My saved keyboard settings crashes when I try to customize gamepad's settings

Hello folks,

Here is the problem I have on FIFA 15:

I play FIFA 15 on the pc with my keyboard. I've customized keyboard settings ( I changed the movement buttons, and assigned W,A,S,D for shooting, crossing etc.). Anyway, I played a couple of matches without any problem. Then my brother came in, so I've decided to customize the gamepad settings also. It is Logitech F510. Then we kicked off, but I realized that the keyboard wasn't working with my settings, I looked the settings, it seems "Custom A" (my customized buttons) but it was working as "Classic". I've tried most of things, like launching the game again, restarting pc, disconnect and reconnect the controllers including the keyboard, reinstalling drivers of the controllers etc.

Then I switched the gamepad settings to "Classic". My customized keyboard settings started working well again, without any issue. So the problem is, I can't have both of them with customized settings, this the first time that happens to me. I've played with this gamepad and my keyboard without any problem, on FIFA 13 and FIFA 14.

I will be glad for any help. It is like a bug or something. I hope I've explained my issue clearly, English is not my native language but I've tried my best.

I talked to the guys on Origin Help, they couldn't solve the problem and transferred me to a guy from FIFA Specialist Team. He told me that FIFA 15 does not support customizing keyboard and the gamepad in the same time. I was told I am supposed to customize only one of them, and the other controller must be stay in "classic" mode. I don't know whether they will fix this or not, they didn't tell me anything more. It makes really no sense, I mean it is something that was supported by previous FIFA series!

I am really very disappointed like you, really bad to hear that !, they dont even told us that we cant paly with 2 customized controllers, now I cant play with my friends, I cant do anything, I am looking to refund my money.

I am also having the same problem. Therefore I have to play Fifa 14 with my friends

Guys have EA Sports solved that problem or not?

YUP. It worked. 

Simple guys. Just connect your gampad controller. go to controls and change the settings type from Custom A to Classic. after changes are done. unplug your controller and then check with keyboard. it works fine.

i use keyboard dude. when i change controller setting to "keyboard only" and after that i change keyboard controlls for throughball, shortpass ,longpass and all ,after pressing esc button my keyboard doesnt work... i have to operate with a mouse and play with a mouse..and i cant do that..i only want to play with my customized setting but keyboard doesnt work ..what should i do plz help
