I lost my plants and Zombies 2 game yesterday contacted yourselves via email but I could not send my player ID finally sent my player ID but no one has got back to me and I cannot send an email back to the person who contacted me I have a case reference number which is 4 8 2 5 8 8 1 5 could you possibly look at this and get back to me please.
