I just bought 1050 fifa points, but didn't get it.

• What error message did you receive? We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to Fifa 15 Ultimate team
• Have you tried restarting the console 30 minutes after the transaction? Yes.

• What time/date and time zone did it happen? 3.3.2015 22.00 Helsinki

Edit: And the very next day, still nothing.

And psn purchase history says this.

I bought 1500, 500 and a further 500 FIFA points and nothing at all received.

It has now been two weeks since my "purchase" has been processed. It has also been two weeks that I have gone without a resolution. 3 separate transactions and the only thing I have to show for it is 30 less dollars in my account. Not even a response from anyone within EA as to how this will be resolved.

I've posted this to other threads - but worth repeating here - depending on where you live (I'm in Australia) you may be able to get a refund for missing points through Apple. Here in Australia, local consumer protection laws are strong, and demand recourse from the retailer (Apple). Truth is, Apple in my experience go out of their way to maintain their good reputation (as they perceive it) and have always been very open to refunding where reason demands it.

Try a support ticket with Apple - explaining any attempts to obtain rightful outcome from EA - and see how you go.

If enough ppl did this, there'd be additional pressure for EA to get it right... Maybe ... Any refund from Apple is coming out of EA's payments for in-app purchases after all...

And for what it's worth - this is not theoretical - I've done exactly that. I posted my chat transcripts from the EA discussion into the Apple support ticket to show I'd made reasonable attempt to right it through EA, and Apple were back to me within 3 days with a confirmation that they were refunding. Excellent customer service... Exact opposite of my EA experiences.
