How do I get my career mode back that I accidentally deleted?

@CeezaaleooSorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, if you saved over your game with a new game then that progress is lost and we would not be able to get it back.

@GreninjaAlex Even on the Wii U, if you deleted your saved game it is not possible to restore it.

I had spent literally months on this player career mode and i was doing so well untill i used my manager career with man united that i started using less often until i i accidentally saved it into my player account now all my progress is gone. Is their anyway of retrieving it on Xbox 360?

@Tadman1234 Sorry to say but if you overwrote the data then it is not retrievable unless you have a back up saved.

Hey 

I was wondering if any of you new how to retrieve my old career mode. I was so used to just saving everything in the first selection option and I accidentally saved over my player career and just wanted to know if there was any way I could get it back.
