After requesting help to figure out why my Carnival Cup Rewards (6,000 coins and 1 Premium Gold Pack) had not made its way back to my FUT Hub, I contacted EA on their website, help.ea.com. Then ensured in the email sent to me that they would try and resolve the problem within 48 hours and contact me. I had waited the 48 hours sending them multiple emails about the description of my problem (pictures, username, etc.). They still have not contacted me back. Is there any "for sure" way for me to contact EA and for them to actually help me?
