Game always open in windowed mode. It won't open in Fullscreen Mode

I searched the forum and find this solution but it doesn't work for me

I have teamviewer but it's portable and it doesn't even run. I also don't have that qucikConnect button settings in advanced tab.

I have two screens,

I have only running these programs. razer synapse, spotify, discord, origin, controller companion, onedrive, steam, earTrumpet
