Forgot my security answer, locked my acc but 've no trusted device...

HI

i have the same problem as @gestronaldo! I got my account locked up because i forgot my securty question's answer and it says to enter from a trusted device but i have no trusted device to reset as it was my PC. I still have my pc but it became untrusted as i didnt log in from it for a year what is insane i think as i play on PS4 why should i log in from PC. Please help me to reset my securtiy question!

Yes sure but the link u sent me i think for the customers from The USA and it only gives notifications which directed me here, but i cant complete my request as there is only BACK option on the last page
