Fifa companion app for kid

How can my child access his fut on the Fifa companion app. He has the club all set up and plus online via my account through the parental settings. The app recognises his email and password to login but the page then says to set up a club but he already has. Any idea on how to sync this or fix?

I have the same question. 

Can an underage EA account be used to login into FUT 19 companion app?

I put the public ID in, but it then says email address not recognised.

if I put my email address (which the account is linked to), then i am taken to my fut team.

if a child account cannot be used to login to fut companion, then fine. But surely this could be easy to determine. There is no advice on this anywhere
