Fifa 16 web app login

Hello.

when i first tried to login to my fut account on Fifa 16 i clicked on my current user, but it decided to login to another user i have that i don't have the password for anymore, and now, when i try to login pn the other user (the one i used on fifa15) it only says:

Sorry, there was an error logging into the FUT Web Application. We were not able to verify your FUT 16 data. Please wait a while and try again by refreshing your browser. For help, please go to EA Answers HQ.

 

What should i do? And why am i not able to login to my current profile?

I'm having same problem as many of users out there.
When I try to login to FIFA 16 Ultimate Team  Web App it tells me that login is unavailable with following text:
Sorry, there was an error logging into the FUT Web Application.

We were not able to verify your FUT 16 data.

Please wait a while and try again by refreshing your browser.

For help, please go to EA Answers HQ.


Is there anyone who knows solution to this issue? Support doesn't answer about that. They (as always) say that specialists work on it..

Whatever it is they say same every time so I don't believe them already.. Please someone give me a feedback.

First and foremost, I hope this post helps everyone here in some way. I understand that a lot of people are having this verification issue, and I'll try my best to help. CyberDNA13 made a post with the same question, and the following is my reply.

Hopefully reading that will help. If you still need help, feel free to update back here again. If you provided us with your exact error message, it would make it easier for us to help you out.

 

Besides for what EA have already said, I am not sure how else I could help you since you have already contacted an adviser. I'm guessing you contacted EA through live chat - in this case, requesting a call might be better. Not all topics at http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ offer the call option, so I would try choosing different topics relating to your verification issue until you find that option. When you call they are usually able to walk you through a solution easier. 

 

Besides for that, there are not really any other resources that would help you out. As you see, multiple people are having your same problem, and EA is in the process of making a solution. The real question is if you will be able to access the web app before full release. In the meantime, try your best to remain patient, and just be excited that the full game is coming out in 3 days!! All verification issues will probably be sorted out once you play on a console".
