FIFA13 Crash cl1298564 [ Edited ]

Dear FIFA fans:

I have a stupid question...

I have bought FIFA13, 16 and 17, and found FIFA13 is still my favourate.

But, when I got a new PC and installed WIN10, I found FIFA13 is not working in WIN10.

When I tried to launch the game, right after Messi's screen, in the screen of language selection, FIFA13 crashes before you have a chance to click anything.

And in the same time, a new file will be automatically created:

I don't know how to analyze this file.

Could anyone help me?

@Platnumtina  Some people have reported fixing the issue by rolling back Windows 10 to version 1703.

Please ignore the external link...  It's a mistake.

Just see the file name.

Thanks a lot for your help.

I found this webpage before you mention it to me, and I have been through exactly these steps:

1. Create a new clean admin user account.

2. Run SFC to make sure all files are complete.

3. Reinstall the game.

Also, I have installed VC, DX...

I can play FIFA16, 17 and 18, but not FIFA13.

However, I still like FIFA13 most.

Last but not least, I download WIN10 from MSDN, and FIFA from Origin.

No pirated copy, no crack...

Well, I am thinking, how to analyze this dump file?  At least, I want to know what is the problem...

I have installed latest drivers for motherboard and graphic card, BTW.

The file name is correct, what I intended to show is the file name, not link.

The link is an error, I also posted that "please ignore the link".

Anyone, the problem seems not to be solved at all.

Exactly followed!!!

I googled so much, most of the solutions are to run pirated FIFA13 in Win 10 -> especially in Youtube.

I used genuine WIN 10 + Origin purchased FIFA 13, no solution at all.

Most likely, it's intrinsic problem...  I guess, it's something about compatibility.

Anyway, nothing works...

And I don't have any clue to analyze the dump crash file.

Anything new? Having the exact same issue, tried all the solutions I could find on internet and nothing...

EDIT: After a quick overview of the said file, I have this as exception information:

"The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access."

I had and issue that was kinda like it with another game, but it was cuase by a corrupted file that a scan and repair (of the disk) fixed. No errors found on disk anymore...
