FIFA 15

Hi guys.I got FIFA 15 2 days ago,but i have a problem..I open the game and crashes at Loading Screen with Messi..I tried so many ways..I restored the system,i deleted the FIFA 15 folder from documents,i deleted it ,i reinstalled the origin and the game in other partition,and etc..But it still crashes at the Messi Loading Screen...What can i do ?Please help me
