FIFA 13 not working in Windows 10 1803

I recently did a clean install of Windows 10 version 1803.

Now when I try to run the game, it shows the Messi screen as usual, but when it reaches the language selection, it closes automatically and returns to desktop without any message. Each time it will make a crash dump in game folder with code CL1193581. In the previous windows installation it is 1703 and the game works fine.

I have tried to run the game in compatibility mode but still the same result.

Some people suggests rolling back to Windows 10 1703, but I did clean install so it is not an option for me.

Any help?
