(TSTO) How to contact support

Hi TSTO players,
If you need help with The Simpsons: Tapped Out, the best way to contact us is in-game.
- Tap the Build menu icon.
- Tap ? Get Help.
- You can also tap the ? icon on the main loading screen before you enter the game.
Here you can browse helpful articles or tap Contact Us to get help from an EA Advisor.
If you cannot load The Simpsons: Tapped Out, you can reach us here on EA Help. Just click Contact Us from the top menu of any page. If you contact us through EA Help, the EA Help Advisors will need your Mayhem ID to locate your account.
We'd recommend taking a note/screenshot of your Mayhem ID for your own record keeping while you're still in your game, just in case you ever need to provide it.
