Try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode. If you're on a mobile device, change your browser to use the desktop version of the browser.

Hello, I'm facing the same problem with my kid account. The buttons and links to register a new case point to the help home page "https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/". I couldn't find any place where I can write about the problem. And doesn't matter the browser, device or incognito or normal window.

I'm not finding the section "Contacting us" on help page... All the "buttons" on the account section redirect me to my account page, but I can't do anything from there... Do you have a direct link to the "Contacting us" page...

You need to choose your game, platform and reason for contacting support before being presented with the contact options.

When I follow the instructions, no matter what path I choose under the "account" tab, I am unable to create a case or get any contact information. As others in this thread, my underage child has an "*****@anonymous.ea.com" account associated with his Xbox user account. If you could take exact screen shots of how to open a case, I believe several of us would be greatly appreciative.

You need to go here. Then, choose your game and reason for contacting support. You should be presented with contact options then.
