i have two accounts because i previously had problems getting into the original one but when i spoke to someone from origin they opened a new account for me so now i cant download my sims pets into my other account because they are different. i dont want to spend another 19.99 for the sims pets if i already bought it. is there any way to get it into my other account?they both have all of the same information too. would i have to delete my account with the sims pets expansion or can i use some kind of code to get it into my primary account. i didnt buy the disc because i bought through origin. please help

In some circumstances, it is possible for our support to merge accounts.
Please contact our support again via chat or phone call and they can check if this can be done in your case.
1. Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ (once there make sure that your country is correctly selected in top left hand corner of Help.EA.com)
2. Find the affected game (if it's an account issue select Origin)
3. Select your platform
4. Select topic and issue.
5. Select a contact option. Please note that available contact options do depend on your country settings, time of day and the topic/issue you choose.

I can't contact EA or Origion at all. I've checked the times, they are supposed to be open! I have no idea what how to email them too. Please help! I want to merge my two accounts!
