my account is stolen and change the all information but you are not helping me on ea help

I'm sorry, we're limited in how we can support these issues on Answers HQ, but there may be some steps you could try on your side of things. Let's see, are you able to log into the EA account at the moment? If not, you may be able to log in to the EA account using a connected account like a PlayStation or Xbox (see here) and the update your EA Account information from there.

If you're concerned someone's hacked your account, once inside the account please go through resetting these security steps asap! Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure. Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc),mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
