sims 4 does not apperar in origin

hi,

I have tried to load sims 4 on my pc which was installed from a cd, unfortunately it will not load and does not show up in origin, I have tried to reinstall from the disc but when it comes to entrer the product code it states that it has already been used, the only  pc it has been installed on is this one.

Try clearing your origin cache as described here.
