repeated cancellation attempts unsuccessful

I have tried repeatedly to cancel my subscription. My account info listed NO payment method, but a charge just went through on Paypal. I tried emailing the EA support address listed on paypal, but it bounced. I CAN FIND NO WAY TO CANCEL ON EA.COM!!!

Please cancel my membership and refund my $39.99 fee. Please confirm.

I no longer use Pogo because the game quality is so poor.

I tried unsuccessfully to cancel LAST YEAR. Please STOP MY SUBSCRIPTION!!!!!

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product EA app

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat

I don't even have a ea account I only play pogo.  I want to cancel the subscription but can only get into the subscription question and answer not the subscription and billing .  This is bogus. they are stealing from me.

There is no way on  this site to cancel.  And no way to contact them.  The only way is to cancel your credit card so  they can't charge it.
