"Not currently playable"

Origionaly I was going to updgrade my version of sims 4 with my EA Play subscription and it said i wasnt eligable, went to swap off the steam version to EA Play for the game "Sims 4" just to be greeted with a "Not currently playable, This item can't be purchased or played at this time"

Hey @REEING_GAMER try reinstalling the EA app but one do once prompted to when trying to launch from the Xbox app.

I dont quite understand the second part of your reply but i have tried reinstalling the application to no success.
