promo code question

First off, thank you for sending out new codes and trying to make things right.  like many others, I also am having troubles using the new code.  I figure its either a non-working code or I have selected a game that is not valid.  If its the previous, I'm sure your working to correct the problem.  If its the latter, could you please just give us a list of games that are applicable to this promotion or maybe mark the games with an *.  Also i posted a question the other day and its not in the threads anymore.  The game i want to purchase is a physical copy and i would rather just download it.  Can I and if so, how?  thanks for your time
