permanent ban appeal [ Edited ]

hi yes. II was permanently banned because my friend Xavier was on my account and called someone an [Removed by CM] I’ve tried explaining this. that I steam share an account. and if they can see ip addresses then they can see that there are two different ip addresses for people that use my apex account. I’ve sent four ban appeal to the TOS Team. they’ve declined three and I’m waiting for a response on the fourth ban appeal. I’ve had my account since 2015. I have 1,000+ hours on my apex account. and I’ve only been suspended once. so for 8 years I’ve been in trouble once and then now they just perm ban me. and no there is no option to call anyone. I’ve read to click on can’t sign into my account and then I should have that option to call someone. no , I’ve tried everything. since my account is banned I have limited access. I just need to try and call someone and explain my issues because the ban appeals just keep getting declined. so if someone could help me get in a call from a customer service agent that would be great.

Hey @CrazyCousins0194 if you allow others access to your account you are responsible for any action they take. 

Do not under.amy circumstances share abusive messages on AHQ, if it happens again you will be facing a ban.

yes , sorry. I didn’t know I couldn’t say that. but also I did explain on my appeal that I took full responsibility because regardless it’s still my account no matter who was playing. but is there anyway you could get me in a call with a customer service agent so I could discuss my issues. also as I explained prior , I’ve clicked on the can’t sign into my account and there is no options too call because I’m banned so my account has limited access to things.

If our TOS team has denied your appeals @CrazyCousins0194 then there is nothing that anyone can do to change this.
