packs not appearing in fifa 23

hey! i have claimed all 5 of my fifa 23 twitch prime packs and it says they are in my account but none of them have appeared in my store for all 5 months so i am here to ask if i can get a fix or a compensation for this?.

for proof here is my month 5 one

there should be a screen shot of it there. if there is that would be the proof of the claim.
