origin error code 0xc000012f

Hi

I am having issues with origin and it not starting up.  I am having the error code: 0xc000012f.  I have seen other solutions to install various things, uninstall then reinstall origin and nothing is working.  I also saw someone post that a new windows update may fix it.  Had an update last night and still nothing.  

If you could help that would be great
