im very aggravated i ordered the wrong game and i dont know what to do i ordered the sims 4 werwolves but ment to get th evampires i cant get in contact with nobody and i dont want the werwolves i want the vampires i spent my last bit of money on it

Generally addons are not refundable, however if you had made an incorrect purchase it would be worth reaching out to support directly so they can check for any other options that may be available.
