I don't have access to the email on this account anymore and ive been trying to change it. my case for it says resolved but it still has the same email on this account and ive already resumed the case twice now and its said resolved both times. what do I do because I genuinely don't know what else to do because there's no other way to contact them for help but to make a case????

Hi @Angelika7775,
There's a chance your correspondence is going to the email registered to your EA account. As you've no access to those, you wouldn't see them. Could you please try and check if the following workaround gives chat options? Do note not every language has chat but if you are okay with English it should pop up for sure.
