My ea games account stolen. My account's e-mail address has been changed and I have provided the login via xbox. Can u help. I cant login with my pass and email adress

If you've lost access to your account, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help ensure no one may have access to your system.

Once you've done that, you'll need to contact our support team directly so they can assist you with recovering the account.

We're unable to make changes to your account on the forums as these are public boards where we won't be able to discuss account details.

The link in my previous post should walk you through that process, under the section - How to make a case on EA Help.

You'll be able to do this even if you can't otherwise log into the account.

@EA_Mako at least help me to unlink this account (my stolen account) from my XBox!!!! so the hacker can't play EA games for free by my subscription to XBox!!!!

If you have access to your EA account, you can unlink any connected accounts with the following steps:

If your EA account has been compromised however, you'll want to go through as many of these security steps as you're able before reaching out to our support team so they can help recover the account.

You can open a new case using the steps on the EA Help website to get in touch with our support team for further assistance.
