I have tried for several days to get help with my account and my only option is email.

I got one response from many I sent that I should try through chat. Problem is there is no chat window on the contact page.

only option is email so I keep generating emails with no response. What am I to do to get my sims 4 game back on my computer?

First was my mistake to link steam to my account who overwrote my pc game with a trial game that expired and would no longer let me play

I asked that steam be unlinked from my account and my standard sims 4 be available for download -- no one is responding

I forgot to include that you need to be signed into your EA Account on the EA Help page in order to see the Live Chat or Call options. You can sign in by choosing 'Sign In' at the top right of the EA Help Page.

I can see your frustration. I will walk you through how to get in a Live Chat with an EA Advisor.

Here is the easiest way to get in contact with an EA Advisor:

1. Navigate to EA Help.

2. Click Contact Us at the top of the page.

3. Choose Origin.

4. Choose PC as your platform.

5. Under 'Topic' select Manage my account.

6. Under 'Issue' select Can't log in.

7. Click the Blue 'Select Contact option' button at the bottom of the page.

8. This will give you access to Live Chat with an EA Advisor which is their preferred method of contact.

@The_other_Rare Thank you I followed your suggestion and when I click the blue contact option button, the next page only gives me phone or email options. Nowhere is an option for chat. This is why I keep sending emails

That's interesting @Jaeger-Wrydan ,

I just tried it without being signed in, and with being signed in and I get the Live Chat option both times. You might want to give the Twitter Support Team a try then as they are pretty fast at responding. Just be sure to reference any case number you have opened as that will help you with your original issue.
