is there any possible way to link my xbox account without a console needed?

I've been trying to connect to apex legends for a while now and I'm just stumped, because i want to have all of my progress and I've been trying to connect my Xbox account but i don't have the email for it anymore and i cant unlink my steam account from the new account i made and i don't have access to my Xbox at the moment  so is there any possible way to just straight up connect my Xbox account to my ea account without the need of a console?

Hey @thebandit60g,

You're absolutely able to link your Xbox account without needing the console in front of you, and you can do so via our EA help site. This article will explain how:

But it is worth nothing that progress doesn't transfer between consoles and PC. So if you're linking a new Xbox account to your EA account, then you'll need to start from scratch regardless, I'm afraid.
