Hello EA Support Team,
My name is Zamir, and I am attempting to make a payment for my EA Play subscription. However, despite trying to use different cards, I keep receiving the error message "Your action cannot be processed. We're unable to process your order at this time due to an issue with your provided payment method. Please use a different payment method to complete your order, or try again later." Although a payment request of 1 dollar has been sent to my Payoneer card, I am still unable to complete the purchase. I need your assistance with this issue.
Can you please help me resolve this matter? Thank you in advance for your help.
