I got this gift card for Christmas and followed the instructions on the back and it doesn't work. Do I have to be a Origin Access Premier member?
I followed the instructions on the back of the card but the code is too short. and then it talks about EA wallet, I don't have and when I tired to activate it I get.
Sorry, this code can't be redeemed. Your EA Wallet is only valid in the country of the first EA Cash Card you redeemed. You can't redeem cash cards in more than one country.I have everything set to the country that I am in and that the card was purchased. This is really annoying.

I don't know exactly the fix for this problem, but most likely it would help if you contact an EA Advisor...
The best thing for you to do is to contact a game advisor (the nice folks over at EA support) for more help with this. There’s nothing we can do on the forum Answer HQ to fix country and billing issues like this.
You need to contact EA/Origin support for more assistance. They will be able to assist you further for this issue you are having.
Follow these steps:
*Note that some players may have issues when using Internet Explorer. If this is the case, please use an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome*
Contact a games adviser any time using this following link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
1) Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
2) Select a topic for the best results.
3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
5) Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an adviser.
