how can i save my stolen account

1. My ea account has stolen i managed to log in but i cant change the e mail of my account someguy is playing apex legends on my account my friend told me that i was online thats how i learned it so now i have logged in the account but i cant change anything on it cause i dont know his e mail i have to save my account without it i want support.

After that if there is a ban or suspension on that account you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
