My account has been hacked. I can access it but my security question has been changed to russian and i cant open any cases with the support, i tried different browsers and clearing the cache. Please help

I'm having the same issue.
I just got access today after a week without access and an abused credit card which i blocked immediately i found out. But i country was changed to Germany, and my security question is in Russian. Somehow i managed to change the password and received a german warning email from EA in my mailbox which is worrying.

you need to create an incident using the Talk to a Game Advisor link on the left, and a Game Advisor will assist you.
Select Origin from the list.
Select a topic for the best results.
Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an advisor

Restart your machine.
And now for Live Chat try to use Internet Explorer and you need to change your country of residence to the United Kingdom from the menu at the top of the screen.
In most countries are available between 09:00-21:00 Monday-Saturday.
