email deleted cant update a new one

so the email on me ea account is a 13 year old email and it got deleted by the server. so now its saying i need to reset me password but i do not have  access to the email theyre sending it to. Id be happy to share whatever information is needed with someone that can help. I have tried the chat and they wont help and just keep copying and pasting responses and not actually helping me. please help
