can't update origin, what's wrong?

hello, i cant update origin

 

i try to find answer on google, it not help me(

Make sure Time/Date is correctly set in your machine.

 

Clear DNS cache https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-flush-dns-cache-for-windows/

 

Clear hosts file http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034

 

Restart your machine and check.Thinking

 

NOTE If your issue persist follow the steps bellow :

 

Ensure that your Firewall and/or Antivirus are not blocking the connection. The easiest way would be adding an exception for the Origin Client  to the exclusion list.Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed portshttp://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-with-origin/#1

 

Check again your antivirus and Add antivirus exclusions (exceptions) specific files Origin, folders Origin or file extensions origin.ex from scanning.(very important to do Angel )
