It is horrible when you play a long running game for over 3 years ....and during the COVID-19 you loose it do to in activity of Origin Technical support....and the absent Staff ......All i am saying is they better work hard on giving me back my 2921 hours game of 3 years.I don't want to here that they have no way of retriving my game when I know better.

I'm afraid I don't understand what issue you're experiencing. Can you reply and go through what issue you're having and with what game please?
