My acount hase been hacked and when I try to login it says it's disabled and when I login to ea website it says I have the randomest name and I don't own any games or anything. I spoke with ea support they said to give them a diffrent email and they will link my apex legends account, but when I tried to login with my other email it says wrong or expired crendetials. I can see on apex stat tracker that someone is playing rankeds on the day of posting this and I can't get in to my account and support didn't help me.my ea id is:Oskars_gejs_a. but when I type it in forgot pasword it says invalid id.I don't know if it is my actual id becaus I have only been using orgin not ea app. When I trie to make an account on my other email the one I gave to support it says it's already used do you want to login. And then the wrong or expired credentials, then I reset my pasword and the same thing agian.

I have sent cases to support but they are not responding. I once got a live chat today where all of this happened but I can't get live chat anymore and I just don't get answers to my cases.

Is the only way if I don't know my ea id to log in with my email??? Becaus I only had the origin name not ea id and I am sure that the hacker has changed the email so I don't have a way to eaven get info on my account.

Your EA ID is just the username for the account, in this case vz51809022.

That's likely one that was changed if it's unfamiliar to you, so getting in touch with support to look into this further will be the best bet.

The available support options can change depending on your location and the time, but for something like this you'll likely want to select The EA app  | PC  | Manage my account  | Hacked account when creating a case to get the available options.

I found on diffrent stat tracker that the name is xiaoxi246 now is there a way I can get my account back???????
