Xbox account connected to email I don't have

my xbox account is linked to an email i dont have access to and I want to connect it to my current account. It wont let me sign in through my xbox account to unlink it because I need this random email address.

I am trying to change my email i used for EA but i dont have access to the email thats connected to my account anymore so i cant see the code can anyone help
