Why can't I create an EA Account for a child, under 13 for a E Rated FIFA 23 game on Nintendo Switch?  Who set the minimum age requirement and why would you set an E rating on a game that cannot be played online?

Hey @PikachuDitto children need an underage account linked to an adult account in order to play EA games. An underage account may have certain restrictions in place such as inability to play online.

I appreciate the response.  This is actually the original article I found from which are the steps I tried to follow.  However, it won't let you create an account for a child under 13 in United States.  I can't even get past the first page after setting a birthday.

On 2nd reading, does the article say that I have to install an EA App in order to create a child account?  it seems like this app only exists for MacOS and not iOS.

Hey @PikachuDitto you will need to create an adult account on a PC or Mac and then create a linked underage account from there.
