why dont my games show up on the EA app.. i cant download it if its not there???
and how do i solve this ??
and "EA/help" maybe should remove the help or change it to EA/wegonnasendyouaround

Hey @Swedarc,
Was that code purchased from another site, or directly through the EA app or Steam?
If you've cleared your app cache and have reinstalled multiple times without the game appearing, this may be more an issue with the code itself.
There's a bit more information here about making sure any codes are purchased from an authorized retailer.
Depending on where the code was purchased it may be necessary to reach back out to the retailer directly, but you can contact our support team directly to check into that further and see if they're able to assist with getting that to show up properly.

If the EA app isn't displaying all your games, the first thing to try is clearing the cache in the app.
Clear cache to fix problems with your games
You should be able to try those steps rather than a full reinstall of the EA app, though if you're still running into the same issue after clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling from scratch would be the next step to try.

yeah how many times because i got bored doing it after 5-6 times

I have done the "app recovery" maaybe 6 times i uninstalled the EA app once to see if that would help did not do anything and when i try to add the game code again it says accepted and when i click confirmed it now says its already been used and yeah it is on my account on the web in "my games" but dont show up in the app as my first image showed so iam wery confussed how to move on in this case

Which options are you using to try and create a new case?
Given the situation, I'd use options for The EA app | PC | Manage my account | Find missing game, which is showing me support options currently.
