What is mean Case Closed?

I received an email with the same content as above.

But if you check my case,

All cases are decline and Fixed.

No cases appear to be open.

Do I just have to wait as they said in the mail?
Or do I need to resume the case?

If you have multiple casea for the same issue @Kor_Envyyy then our team will close off any duplicates to make it easier. Best thing to do is to be patient.

Hey @Kor_Envyyy if our TOS team has declined multiple appeals then there will come a point where they no longer consider any further ones.

I asked livechat about this issue and they suggested a way to continue to raise objections.

What is the new information?
After receiving that mail, I submitted everything in sequence, including access records, purchase records, play videos, streaming videos, a list of programs I use, and a list of programs I thought I used at the time.

Each time, different evidence was submitted in different cases, but Tos team gave the same answer.

What does this mean?
