Unlinking & linking my Ea account

Hi, how are you? I hope all is well! I have been having so much trouble and issues with linking my Xbox to the EA Servers! I have recently went from a PS4 to the Xbox Series X & I am currently unavailable to play any EA games online! I stream daily and this is affecting my gaming and streaming activities! I have went to Ea help and to twitter to ask for help and have received multiple steps too resolve this issue but nothing has worked. I have reset my password and even tried to unlink my accounts but nothing is working. Please contact me asap too try and resolve this situation.
