So, I recently bought a gaming PC and I haven't played PC games for roughly 8 years. In prep for Madden 19 coming out, I loaded up $100 for EA Wallet to purchase Origin Access Premier only to find out that EA Wallet CANNOT be used to purchase this service. Under 1 of the 3 payment options were EA Wallet. It allowed me to load $100 to purchase the $99.99 annual sub but upon trying to finalize the transaction I get this error. "Your request could not be processed. Order does not support split payment." On the EA Game Card it states it can be used to purchase subscriptions and EA Wallet is one of 3 ways it APPEARS you can pay via the sign up page. I'm extremely frustrated and now have $100 I purchased in order to obtain this service that I'm unable to use.
I've spent over 2 hours on phone calls with various reps, as well as chat only to be told there is nothing to be done. Not a great start for me trying to get into PC gaming with Origin.

@Radsean22 Sorry to hear about the issues you have been having but for a service like Origin Access Premier, you need an active credit card on the account in order to become a member.

@EA_Darko Does this mean if you have a credit card on file that I will be able to use my EA Wallet funds to purchase the subscription, or is it only purchasable through the credit card. If this is the case then this is blatantly false advertising as I am given the open to pay via wallet only to be told I cannot use my wallet funds.
