Unable to go into the Beta registration link in an e-mail I received

Recently received an e-mail regarding a Beta Testing opportunity and when I try to sign-up it doesn't, I have nothing on "Available playtests" and when I try to follow the link to the beta forums it says I don't have the right permissions.

@danny12beje12 If you are still unable to sign up, please clear all cache and browser history. Open a new tab and try to sign up again and see if you get the same error.
