Trying to buy a damn game from their broken site:
1. Card Verification does not work despite the fact that I've entered the correct information TEN TIMES.
2. Contact us says "wait time under 5 minutes", THAT IS COMPLETE BULL! I WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR!!
3. Forums only show option for their Sports games - ARE THEY serious???
4. Ea Games has no other means of contact - HOW DO I GET HELP FROM A BROKEN SITE???
Telling me to use "Contact us" just tells me you're lazy, how about ACTUAL HELP!!

Make sure all of the payment details are entered correctly.
Name on card
Card Number
Card Security code
Expiration Date Address details.
All of it MUST match the card EXACTLY.
